How long does it take to receive my custom-built clubs?
Custom-built clubs are typically assembled and shipped within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer professional club fittings in Canada?
Yes, we have several PXG retail stores and mobile fitting units across Canada. You can book a one-on-one session with a Master Fitter through our website to optimize your performance.
What is the return policy for PXG equipment and apparel?
Unused apparel and accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to their bespoke nature, custom-built golf clubs are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned within the 30-day window.
Are shipping costs and import duties included for Canadian orders?
Orders placed through PXG Canada are shipped domestically or with all duties and taxes prepaid, ensuring no surprise fees upon delivery to your doorstep.
Can I trade in my old clubs for credit towards new PXG gear?
Currently, we do not have a direct trade-in program available online in Canada, but we recommend visiting a PXG retail location to discuss current promotional offers.
