Contact our PXG Canada Player Research team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify eligibility.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the provided RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to PXG Canada
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
